Those wishing to attend the EKAW 2006 are kindly asked to fill in the REGISTRATION & BOOKING FORM on-line and to pay the registration fee.
If you prefer to register by fax please download the REGISTRATION & BOOKING FORM in Acrobat Reader formats (*.pdf) and return it by fax to the number + 420 267 310 503 to Action M Agency as soon as possible.
The deadline for late registration is September 25, 2006.
The EKAW 2006 registration fee (Regular as well as Student) includes a copy of Springer Verlag conference proceedings, a copy of poster/demo notes, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches (Tu–Th), one ticket to Welcome Party on Tuesday and the use of conference facilities (an internet connection).
A ticket to the Excursion & Conference Dinner on Thursday afternoon can be purchased separately.
The Accompanying person fee includes one ticket to Welcome Party on Tuesday, ticket to the Excursion & Conference Dinner on Thursday and assistance with individual requests.
The Workshop fee includes attendance to the workshop on Friday, a copy of workshop notes, refreshment during coffee breaks, lunch and the use of facilities (an internet connection).
The Tutorials fee includes attendance to the tutorial on Monday afternoon, a copy of tutorial notes, refreshment during coffee break and the use of facilities (an internet connection).
Please note that only a participant EKAW 2006 Conference can take part in workshop(s) and tutorial(s) and indicate your interest on Registration and Booking form.

Payments can be made
- By Credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) Please note that if payment is made by credit card, fees will be charged in Czech Crowns.
- By Bank transfer Payments may be made in Euros or Czech Crowns. Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and the original will be given to you upon your arrival at the EKAW 2006 registration desk in Bellevue – Tlapak Hotel, Podebrady Town.
Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made.
Notice for Czech and Slovak participants: Bank transfers within the Czech Republic might require the "variabilni symbol" which is 0610.

Registration Fee
The registration fee deducted of CZK 1000 / EUR 35 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than August 31, 2006. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
Accommodation Fee
Refunds of accommodation payments will be granted in full for all written cancellations postmarked or e-sent no later than August 31, 2006. Cancellations after that date will result in a one-night charge.
