All prices above are per night including breakfast and VAT, except Hotelovy Dum Hostel, where breakfast is not included. It is possible to order breakfast in Bellevue – Tlapak Hotel for CZK 130.

Accommodation payment

Accommodation payment is composed from the accommodation deposit (payable together with the registration fee) and accommodation balance (i.e., the difference between the total costs of your stay and the paid deposit).
Accommodation balance will be charged from your credit card after August 31, 2006.
If you are paying by bank transfer, please send your payment till the beginning of the conference.

Example:
5 nights/single room at Hotel Golfi (CZK 1 400 per night):
Accommodation deposit = CZK 1 000
Accommodation balance = CZK 6 000
Total accommodation payment = CZK 7 000

Accommodation in Penzion Na Zamku, Hotel Libuse and Hotelovy Dum Hostel is payable directly there. Hotelovy Dum Hostel requires cash payment in Czech Crowns only.

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Your no show will result in one-night charge.

We would like to stress that the payment of the accommodation balance before your arrival is required according to hotels policy, when in this time, all hotels are overbooked and the full advanced payment for group conference reservations is required. However group conference reservation allows us to offer you special conference prices.
Any changes in hotel booking (after the payment of the accommodation balance) will be solved individually.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation Fee

Refunds of accommodation payments will be granted in full for all written cancellations postmarked or e-sent no later than August 31, 2006. Cancellations after that date will result in a one-night charge.

Registration Fee

The registration fee deducted of CZK 1000 / EUR 35 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than August 31, 2006. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
